Enjoyed our stay....came up to visit member in family that was very I'll. Would have given it a 5 star but on a confirmed check in for 3pm.
(and arrived at 2:50) room was not available until 3:40pm. Still would recommend...

Terrible experience with rude staff.

Staying at the hotel for a marathon., Hilton diamond and stay at Hilton’s over 60 nights a year. Asked for a late check out that Hilton offers for diamond members . Jose from the from desk was rude and short. Asked for a 130 check out . Asked for manager and claims only front desk works till Monday.. contacted Hilton corporate desk. Never had such poor treatment for a minor request. I will never be at this property again. I did a running event downtown Oakland in a Marriott. O issue with a Marriott brand. If I knew this prior I would have cancelled my room and booked at another hotel next door ., laquinta Marriott Hyatt and holiday in all have properties within half a mile., went to use the pool area. Only towels out were dirty ones in the hamper. Called an requested towels and was told when they have time. Sat in chairs and they were filthy. Dusty. Not sure if anyone cleans the area. NEVER be here again. Contacted the hotel about their satisfaction guarantee., not paying for the treatment and substandard property. Stayed here for 10 years when working. Never been a great experience. Nothing like Jose who checked me in,, see if anyone cares to reply .
