Family trip

Had the opportunity to stay at the hotel back in October and I had a great time. The staff were friendly and I got great service. Too bad I forgot their names but I believe the gentleman's name was Andrew at the front desk, the lady at the breakfast place and the night auditor were extremely helpful. I had a couple of requests and they immediately took care of them.
The only concern was that I did not get an upgrade as a gold member and that my room overlooked the roof extension. Overall good place!

We loved our Jacuzzi room. We were so impressed at how big and beautiful it was. The room was available for an extra night so we were happy to stay for two nights! Thankyou! We will be back again soon!
