If you're looking for good service, this hotel is probably not for you. Stayed here twice on our way in and out of cuba. On our initial visit, the most memorable thing was when we asked if there was a menu for room service and the concierge called room service and told us that room service could do anything from pizzas to sandwiches to 'light meals'. He then told us to refer to our menu. When I again told him we didn't have a menu in our room he shrugged and just said to call them. We did, and could only order a sandwich. Like I said, not the best, but adequate. We had much better experiences elsewhere in cuba. This was my least favourite hotel of the 3 we stayed in. Also quite far from town so you'll need to pay around 10-20 CUC every time you want to go get a decent meal. Buffet breakfast was underwhelming and the ATM had an out of order sign on it the whole time although I'm almost positive it worked.

A very modern hotel, with great service, a beautiful swimming pool and very friendly staff. A lovely restaurant overlooking the pool, and live music in the front lobby at night. The hotel has a bureau de change in the lobby. There are taxis available. Would stay there anytime!
