Overview

Like many Majorca resorts, this Grupotel offers a children’s pool and water park, playroom and buffet, mini club, mini disco, and an entertainment program. There are also a bevy of sports on-site, from mini golf to lawn bowling, tennis and beach volleyball. This resort offers families a variety of guest room options from full apartments and studios to suites, each with a sofa bed, a/c and a balcony. For longer stays, it is important to note that both types of apartments include a full kitchen, multiple satellite TVs, and free WiFi. You will be a short distance from the Can Picafort beach and the nature park, but multiple pools – heated indoor and gorgeous outdoor — means you might never want to leave the Grupotel Gran Vista.

Good Hotel

Stayed only 3 nights at very end of season but very impressive hotel.
Fabulous facilities very well kept and clean through out.
This isnt a hotel I would normally choose as its very big,but being the end of season knew it wouldnt be too busy.
Food was fine,for the price we paid especially breakfast,evening meal lots of choice but poor desserts.
This hotel is aimed at families and has lots to keep children busy beautiful pool areas and gardens.
All in all very impressed with the hotel but not the resort found it to be dirty and scruffy in parts and needs a bit of a renovation,normally stay in Alcudia and personally a lot nicer and not as run down as Can Picafort.
This area is geared more to German market,more than the British,but not a problem for us !

Autumn visit

The resort was great. Traveled there with my husband, daughter (14) and mother-in-law. We had two separate rooms and within our room our daughter had the pull out couch in another room, giving us a bit of privacy.
The activities at the resort were great! The Amiacons (think that's how you spell it in Spanish - the Activity Staff) were great, running all of the sports and entertainment. Always something to do everyday with changing activities. We didn't even feel the need to leave the hotel that much since there was so much to enjoy during the day as well as into the evening. I would highly recommend the hotel for the staff as well as the facilities it offers. We would love to go back again if we had the opportunity.
