Moldy experience

Property is in a good location. We had issues from the moment we got there. They wouldnt valet my car because the window driver window doesnt roll down. Never had an issue with valet before because of my window but whatever. Next after checking in the tv stopped working. They sent someone up to fix it pretty quick. The biggest issue was all the mold in the shower. I took plenty of pictures and called to ask to get my room changed. I even told them they could come see what i was talking about so they could see i wasnt making it up. Are to see so they could clean it up. The woman just say yeah you can get a room and hung up. I didnt know if they were coming up or if i had to go down or anything. I ended up walking down to see. I got the new room but i didnt get anything for the terrible. Not even a sorry. We went into the room and its mold in that shower as well. Although it wasnt nearly as bad, you still dont want to have to deal with that. We were rushing to make our reservation at that point so by time we got back we just went to bed.

Pretty clean room. Hallways need updated. Can tell they have been abused. If you need to hurry to the airport after going to a game, you will wait for you car if you left it there. We waited almost an hour to get our car at valet parking.
