We visited this GWL location for the first and last time this past summer. The sheets and towels were clean, but that's about the end of it. There was mildew and a strong urine smell in the washroom, and there were hairs on the shower wall. The carpets were sticky and visibly dirty. We ended up purchasing disinfecting wipes to wipe down the surfaces, as we didn't trust that anything had been properly cleaned.
We will stick to Great Wolf Niagara from now on.

Great for family's. The water park is great, plan to bring your own food though. They don't have a free breakfast, and all of their food options were very pricy. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Over all its a very nice hotel.
