The hotel features 433 guest rooms, the most standard of which are Superior Rooms with twin or king beds. Executive Rooms provide queen or king beds, with some providing sofa beds in the seating area. For larger families, Suites provide separate bedrooms and sitting rooms, with the Royal Suite also featuring a kitchen, private balcony, 102-inch flat-screen TV, and two bathrooms. Rooms are equipped with iPod docking stations, flat-screen TVs with satellite television, and Wi-Fi. The hotel’s glass atrium houses a number of restaurants and bars that are frequented by locals as well as hotel guests, including Benihana for Japanese, Globe for international cuisine, Novello for breakfast, and light meal and drink spots, Quarter Jacks, Sports Bar and Silks. The property also houses the St. Paul’s Health and Fitness Club, and guests have access during their stay. Children may use the pool in the mornings and afternoons during business days, and all day on weekends and holidays.

Unbelievably disappointed with our stay here, considering the amount they charge and the fact its a '5 star hotel'.
The staff are extremely rude, and did not make us feel welcome at all (in fact they made us feel like we did not belong there!).
The food was completely average at the buffet.
The room service we ordered was terrible, a greasy pizza that looked like it had dropped and thrown back together on the plate, delivered by a man who again was extremely rude and couldn't have looked more miserable if he tried.
The whole place looks incredibly dated and the rooms are not worth the money you pay.
I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while but havent had time. I got an amazing price for this hotel back in Oct 18. I rang and explained it was a present for my sons 21st birthday with his gf. The staff upgraded his room, put some birthday cakes on the bed for his arrival at no extra cost and pulled out all the stops! I’ve been meaning to say thank you as it’s very much deserved... they had an amazing time.
