Needs Improvement

Stayed a few times now and we have always had a few problems with the rooms and on this occasion the booking. There are some good things here but the quality of rooms we just feel don’t its value for money. Shame as staff and service are fine.

NOT The Grange anymore

This was fantastic 5 years ago. A bar with food available after the show, a warm pool and jacuzzi to relax in and comfortable rooms. However, this stay was awful and more expensive than previously! The jacuzzi has been filled in - the pool is freezing - our 'upgraded room' had a tiny bathroom and building work right above our room meant that we had no rest and is started again at 07.24 on a Saturday morning.
