They don’t run the filter system on the pool all day. So there is floaters and a greasy layer on the water. At night it become a public pool with tons of non guests . Even though there are posted rules that the hotel guest can’t use it after 9 Again no filter yuck ????. They breakfast was empty and cold. Staff is young and disrespectful. Not worth it plus you get kicked off the internet every two minutes literally ????

After a horrible experience at another hotel at 2am after being told the room we payed for was unavailable for 2 days and was given a horrible dirty room with 2 twin beds on our 9 year anniversary i was less than impressed. Called wotif and they were amazing and booked us into this amazing place an hour later. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and a beautiful cold refreshing awesome juice. The staff are amazing, room is fine with a big bed. Very happy. Now we can enjoy ourselves and celebrate our 9 years together. Pool is awesome and happy hour is even better
