We've just returned from what we consider our second home, Oasis Palms. Everyone there is awsome. We love the whole staff. Mr. Rafeal Briceno was on vacation but he still made time to call to check to make sure everything was ok the entire stay. Pedro Sinue(Bell-Hop) is always there to greet us everytime we arrive there. He and Dorain Dominguez(Bell-Hop) for years have been keeping a check on us to see if we need anything. Martha Gorospe(Bulter) makes sure our room is ready on time everytime she knows when we are checking in. The whole entire staff who we see on a daily bases and who don't see does an excellent job. The bartenders, I have to tip my hat off to them. Alejandro Rendon, Victor and Andy knows how to keep thoses drinks coming. Whenever they see us low, they are already preparing your next drink. It felt good to sit there and have a good conversation with them. I've been noticing that everyone gives 200% to go the extra mile to make sure the guests are well satisfied, but the guest don't leave any tips which I don't think it's fair. If we can tip the waitress and the bartender back here in our country everytime we pay for our food and drinks, we should be able to do the same for them when it's all INCLUSIVE! Their slogan says Oasis LovesYou. Well Oasis Palms, WE LOVE YOU BACK! We will see you again in February!!

I had an amazing holiday at the Oasis Palm, Cancun. The staff were great and very helpful and friendly, they really go the extra mile for their guests. My special thanks to, Alfonso at the beach bar (my adopted Papa when my parents left before me, you really looked after me) to Ismael for making me the best hangover curer! ???? Carlos, Yolanda, Raul, Andreas best waiting service. Jesus the animation rep the activities were great and entertaining even though I never won anything love you from Miss Kim! Last but not least my housekeeper mama Nelly my room was very clean and comfortable .... big thank you for making my holiday pleasurable after a few stressful days before hand trying to reschedule bookings due to Thomas Cook situ. The hotel caters for all age groups especially the children, I was impressed with the attention to detail and the facilities for the kids from their small sun loungers/umbrellas, kiddies clubs and the pool area and designated man made beach area.
The food is lovely and available 24 hours and Maria the breakfast chef at the egg counter makes the best omelettes or tacos. They cater for all your dietary needs. My only negative in this regard is you can't order coffee/tea throughout the day through room service only at breakfast time. There wasn't any tea/coffee making facilities within the room. Coffee is readily available at their sports bar though.
The entertainment is good quality and there is a variety to cater for everyone's enjoyment. The strip is a short bus journey away from the hotel and cost 12 pesos or if preferred the taxis are available outside the hotel. Beach is beautiful and picturesque with clear water and white sandy beaches, the hammocks in the water are great to relax. I saw a wedding take place there on their pier and it was breathtaking and very intimate and stunning. The beach bars are great, the staff are wonderful and offered most of the big brand named alcoholic drinks as well make you cocktails of your choice. Snacks and food available all day and had a variety to choose from especially sushi. I was taking away with how helpful and friendly everyone was from the hotel staff and other guests, I'm hoping to return with my sister and my daughter and niece.
