Not bad I booked through Expedia. Hotel was good, didn’t order room service. Paid valet at 46$ a night, housekeeping was unfortunately very loud in the mornings which was my only complaint. Grand Hyatt is a hotel I’d return.

Everything exceeded expectation and I will not hesitate to stay there again. The staff was courteous and offered the best suggestions for things to do. The decor and comfort of this property exceeded expectation.
