Overview

This small but grand hotel offers luxury in the village of Zermatt. The stylish guestrooms and suites are made to be lived-in and feature a mini-fridge, coffee and tea makers, and free Wi-Fi. Many of the rooms feature excellent views of the Matterhorn as well. Families can start the day with the included breakfast buffet and the onsite restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. The hotel also offers a horse-drawn carriage or electric bus transfer from the Zermatt station as well. Babysitting can be arranged and pets are welcome to stay. Ski service can also be arranged.

Magical stay - awesome view of Matterhorn

Perfect hotel to start our Switzerland trip. Our first time to Switzerland and Zermatt. Everything was perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms beautiful and clean and beds were very comfortable. We booked a mountain view room through AMEX and were upgraded to a small suite which was perfect. We looked out over the town and the Matterhorn. The complimentary wine was an added treat - Thank you. The breakfast was amazing. The only negative was that we were not there long enough to try their cheese fondue as the restaurant was booked for a private event the only night we were available. Gives us a reason to go back.

Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our hotel room, delicious cuisine, relaxing drinks on the hotel's front terrace, wonderful spa and massage, and magical transfer service via horse and carriage. Best of all the service is impeccable from friendly, beautiful young professionals.
