GR Solaris is not a hotel you just go to vacation at and then leave with fond memories of the beach, it's a place you go to vacation and make memories, new friends from all over the world and staff that become part of your lives forever and sometimes feel like family. This hotel is filled with staff that make every day and every stay truly remarkable to all their guests. From the servers that have a constant smile on their faces (Jair, Hamilton, Obilia, Luis and so many more), the bell boys that are always there to help you with all your things, the Guest Services Manager Itzel who makes sure nothing is less than perfect for all the guests, Members Services (Fernando, Ivan, Roberto) that give the red carpet treatment to all the members and even the non members.
Now the most important and closest to my heart, the Entertainment Staff. They are the leaders of the fun, activities and the culprits of getting you to let loose, build memories and get involved in activities that make you connect with other guests and make new friends. With constant high energy and smiles on their faces they radiate the positive fun energy to you to make every day the perfect day.
Orfa is a gorgeous girl inside and out that has the dance moves to captivate you and the smile to make anyone feel at home!
Ruben has this goofy energetic innocent personality that will make you feel like you can do any activity and win even if its just water aerobics!
Alan (AKA Yayo) slays every Zumba class but still maintains it to a level that anyone can feel like a pro dancer during, and his vocals during Kareoke will wow any crowd!
Danny the multilingual magician that will wow any crowd with his master skills!
Fernando, this guy has so much energy and a constant smile on his face its hard to not love him. He has an infectious personality that no matter who you are you will be captivated by him. I watched from the side lines how anyone from a 90 year old grandma to a 3 year old little girl all being in aw of him.
This team would not be as amazing as they are without their just as amazing if not more amazing Managers! Lalo, the Assistant Manager leads their team with a bit of all of the teams qualities in him. He loves meeting the guest and talking to all of them and really implements team work which you can clearly see.
Jona, the Entertainment Manager, has structured and built this team to a core group of people that all work well together. He is such a kind, genuine person that it shows not only when you meet him but in his team that works for him.
Lets not forget Senior Amilkar, the General Manager. All you have to do is go to the hotel, see how happy all the staff are in every department and that is a reflection of his management.
I have been going to GR for so many years now that I cannot imagine going anywhere else. GR Solaris will become a home away from home for whoever stays there! I will be back again soon!
