Found this hotel online while searching for best rated hotels in North Conway at reasonable prices. The reviews did not lie ! As you know, there is a hotel on every corner in North Conway. This place is fantastic ! Owners are very nice. They even offered me a 'surprise' discount for staying with them for 3 nights. Rooms were immaculate. They appear to be recently updated. The bathroom was 5 star quality ! The only 'cons' I could come up with is that the main building is located very close to RT. 16. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. You could always request a room in the adjacent building which is situated further back from the road. The wifi was spotty at times, but they do offer more than one router to lock on to which seemed to solve the issue. Would highly recommend this hotel for reasonable pricing and quality. If I return to the area, this is my choice for the place to stay !

On our NE vacation, this may have been our favorite hotel. From the moment that I went to check in, the young lady at the desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us out. As I went back to our vehicle to go to our room, my wife noticed the sign that said they had jacuzzi rooms. I decided to go back in and ask to upgrade which she accommodated. She even went ahead of us and turned on the fireplace and such. The room was amazing. It was modern yet cozy. The shower was great. The jacuzzi tub was amazing and easily fit two people (and I'm 6 foot). The bed was extremely comfortable. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience that evening and the next morning. If I had one complaint, it would be that the lady checking us out was not near as friendly as the young lady who check us in. In no way was she rude, but compared to our check-in experience it was a little bit of a let down. However, if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here!
