Overview

Part of the Joie de Vivre collection of boutique hotels, the Galleria Park Hotel is located in the heart of Union Square within walking distance to Chinatown and the Financial District. Sleek and stylish rooms, recently renovated, feature flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Deluxe rooms with two full beds or two queens are biggest for families, although the Park Suite with a king bedroom and a living room with queen pullout sofa also provides space, as well as living and dining space and a skyline view. The pet-friendly hotel has an urban garden for walking and enjoy outdoor space, and families can dine in the French-inspired restaurant, Gaspar, which is open for lunch and dinner. Room service is available and a complimentary wine hour is offered nightly.

Wonderful boutique hotel

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in style, visiting beautiful San Francisco and staying at this charming, warm and friendly hotel.

We emailed ahead and requested (and got) a quiet room on an upper floor facing the interior courtyard. Room 716 was a Deluxe Full and was a reasonable size, perfectly okay for us. The bottle of bubbly and card was a nice touch.

The Hotel had a nice vibe and we particularly enjoyed the sipping hour, sat on one of the tables on the mezzanine floor, drinking a couple of glasses of red wine,

Reception and all staff were all very friendly, and made our stay even more memorable.

Free coffee in the morning was a bonus and we also liked taking a few photos in the 3rd floor outdoor garden terrace, with the backdrop of the financial district 'towers'.

Location of hotel was perfect and we walked everywhere. Thanks to all at the Galleria Park, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Every staff member was friendly and accommodating, and any requests I had were completed quickly and thoroughly. Receiving texts from the hotel was a bit strange at first but definitely became very helpful! I will absolutely stay here the next time I'm in town :)
