Another historic Victorian gem in Durango, the Gable House B&B has all the modern amenities for families, but true charm of yesteryear. Rooms are intimate and elegantly appointed with antique period furnishings, and each has a private entrance. King, queen, double and single beds are available, as well as extra space if needed. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the B&B. Each morning, a prepared full, hot breakfast is elegantly served on fine china and silver for guests to enjoy, complimentary.

This was our third stay at Gable House, and we're trying to come up with an excuse to go back to Durango, so we can stay here again. The location is terrific: in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood that's only a few minutes' walk from the "main drag."
The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.
Heather presents a wonderful breakfast, and was most accommodating when it came to food issues (in our case, gluten).
Staying at Gable House will be the highlight of your Durango visit.

Gary and I so enjoyed our visit to Durango, and our stay at the Gable House. Our Host, Heather, is so very friendly and generous, and goes out of her way to create a stay that you certainly will certainly remember.
We had a lovely room that also had a lovely balcony. Gary and I enjoyed spending time on the balcony one afternoon after we'd had an especially busy morning. The colorful trees and the quite of the neighborhood just added to this peaceful afternoon.
Town is so very close, just minutes away, and an easy walk. Heather provided us with a flashlight for our nightly walks down to various restaurants for dinner during our stay.
The breakfasts that Heather provided were so very good, and gave us such a nice start to our days.
Heather, we'll miss seeing your smiling face in the morning now that we're home! We so enjoyed our stay.
Regards,
Pam and Gary Anderson
