Great location. Check in is very confusing as you need to go to the lodge across the street and instructions are not clear. We had a studio for one night and absolutely no amenities. Plus our room was all the way around the floor from the elevators with only one access point. I wonder how you escape a fire and how the fire department allowed the setup. The room was fine and well kept although a little tired. Nothing memorable about the place except proximity to the village.

I had a worst experience in a hotel in this place. I arrived with my babies at 4:30am and I found a terrible noise very loudly coming from the refrigerator in my room and the best solution from the hotel was stop the refrigerator, so I lost all my food that I bring here for my kids. Then the person from the lobby told me that someone could help me at 8am. I went to the lobby at 8:30am and until now at 2:15pm I’m continue waiting to be move from this room 3322. I don’t have any choice to move from here because tomorrow will start my national bike contest. No one can’t help us I depend from the house keeping who will says that We can move. How can a hotel like this can’t resolve a problem in a short time? At the same time, the bath tub (shower)doesn’t work. And one more thing, when we arrived, we found smoke from Marihuana coming from 3302 at 4:45am and it suppose to be come the police but I never see them. How a resort doesn’t have enough personal to work in high season or in an important event like this one? I’m stay here with my sister Annabelle Guittard who made the reservation from July 20th to 25th.
