These rooms come equipped with a mini kitchen that makes your stay perfect. Loved the pool, hot tub and game room! Service was impeccable, as usual. Beds are so comfortable, you'll sleep for hours! Will stay here again.

The management are slowly degrading the experience of this wonderful property by penny pinching and lack of attention to detail. From the very late 4.30 pm check in time (hire some more staff already) to depleted soaps etc. in the bathrooms it is clear that money is being trimmed at the edges rather than concentrating on providing a 5 star experience.
Palm trees dying by the pools (just add water for goodness sake), broken parasols, worn chairs. All very much first world problems I know, but something that was once marvellous is gradually slipping away.
