The location is superb, with most popular attractions within a mile or less, and the hotel, a quick drive from I-5, is easy to find and get to. The breakfast buffet makes the kids’ first meal of the day easy (and free), and suites include kitchenettes for quick and cheap meals — with a QFC grocery store a block away. Secure underground parking is also free, which you will find hard to come by in downtown Seattle hotels, most of which rely on a valet parking service.

What set it apart from others like it was the amazing customer service and feeling I walked away from the check in line with!

Leslie was the agent helping me and she just made my entire day better from the beginning to the end of our transaction. (I was having a crappy day)

It’s people like this that keep you coming back! I would stay here again for sure!!

Easy to park with a reasonable fee, though not having one would be great (but we understand).
Restaurant/bar staff very helpful and friendly. Food quite good, though my friend would have preferred the breakfast skillet served traditionally rather than piled up in the skillet.
Easy walk to Space Needle, monorail, and beyond, but not many places to eat. Thank goodness for the in-house dining.
