Hotel rooms are okay, staff is very friendly and helpful and the swimming pool at the rooftop is very nice (especially considering that it’s always warm in Dubai). However, it’s quite fare from city center (roughly 35min by taxi) and the main restaurant - where breakfast is served - is indian and contains mainly indian food which was definitely a low point..

I accidentally book this hotel assuming it is Four Points on Bank Street (Bur Dubai) but this property is much bigger than other one. The rooms are spacious with all modern amenities. Everything was just perfect including cooling in the rooms, entertainment, swimming pool, gym and reception area. The coffee shop is not 24 x 7 and i was expecting that. There is big supermarket & pharmacy just next door of the property. They have superb Indian restaurant and a pub too. The restaurant served excellent food and have reviewed it separately. I definitely recommend this hotel to all business travellers.
