the room was very clean and nice. it was secure and had a good view to downtown. the staff were really kind and helpful. the hotel is close to Chicago attractions like "the bean", "lincoln zoo". Highly recommended.

Horrible

As a titanium member, you would think they would try to act like they care about you - not the case. Greg and Tati were extremely rude to me upon checking in. It took forever to check in. When I walked to the room, hallways are dark and not nice. Towels, old food, etc are in the hallway. The rooms have paper thin walls and it is loud. I found female hairs all in my room. My sink wouldn’t drain (probably the female hairs) that were throughout the room. The service is not there - all the staff I met was unpleasant. This hotel is not worth $100 a night. Total letdown and I’ll never stay there again due to the lack of service, hotel filth and how loud the hotel is.
