This overpriced hotel needed carpets cleaned or replaced, and the room smelled musty and dusty. The complimentary breakfast was nothing more than cold cereal and stale mini muffins. We loved the location, but the small rooms with a high price were unclean and disappointing ... October 2019 ..

We travel alot and this is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had! Outrageously overpriced, dirty, outdated for starts. The staff was not friendly bordering on rude. The room had a broken window, broken air conditioner, dirty bathtub, dirty carpet. The entire place needs painted, carpet replaced and new furnishings!!! Not charming at all...just smelly, musty and very old outdated interior. Housekeeping did not replace cups in room and we had to ask for them and hair dryer. Really? Is this what you get for $200 a night? Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
