I prefer freshly cooked ,staff were really friendly and helpful. We had dinner in hotel restuarant Saturday night it was extremely busy so service was a little slow, one of our party was waiting a long time for her meal the rest of us had nearly finished ours before she was served the staff were under a bit of pressure due to how busy the restuara was, having said that our dinner was lovely. We had a great night lively bar good D J, Would definitely recommend the hotel would stay here again right beside Ayre Square which has plenty of bars and are very lively

A group of us stayed here last weekend and we could find anything negative to say about this beautiful boutique hotel. The hotel is in a great location walking distance to all the bars and shops. Decor of the hotel is real hip and chic . Gin Bar is amazing it was packed Friday Saturday and Sunday with a great buzz. Breakfast was great with a brilliant selection. We had dinner on the Saturday night and the food and service was just amazing. Staff in Reception and bar were so welcoming. We all enjoyed our weekend and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family and can not wait to go back and stay in this hotel again on my next visit to Galway.
