Overview

This no-frills motel is self-described as “like a B&B without the breakfast.” Families can stay in a standard two-queen room, or opt for a two-bedroom suite (one of which features a full kitchen). It’s half an hour from Silverwood and walking distance from the beaches and restaurants of Coeur d’Alene. The rooms are clean and have been recently renovated, so don’t worry about being blindsided with old, run-down lodgings. The motel has a small library, so feel free to grab a novel and relax by the lake after you return from riding the rides.

Lots of clean fresh white towels!

My friend and I needed a clean motel to stay at for one night in town. We decided on the Flamingo as the front desk clerk was very kind and accommodating when we went in to chat with him about the rooms.
When we got our room we were delighted that it was so quaint, and that they had lots of clean fresh towels for us in the bathroom and a few amenities as well which we enjoyed. Parking right outside our room was great as well as it being all ground floor level which made it easy hauling our suitcases inside .

This is s great place. Our room was clean and cozy. The staff was great. Check in and check out were simple. We stayed in the Gone Fishing room and it was cute. It is by the road but not too loud. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will go back and try a different room.
