Living in Bar Harbor, I am well aware of how outrageous accommodation prices can be during the summer season. When my husband and I wanted to attend a concert in Boothbay Harbor in August, I dreaded looking at rates. Happily, I found the fairly-priced Flagship Inn, a clean, well-located, nicely furnished and equipped property. We spent a pleasant, comfortable night and set off in the morning after the more than adequate included breakfast. Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast building could not have been more welcoming. We would not hesitate to return and may very well as the nearby historic opera house has awesome acts.

Good motel -- we would stay here again. Definitely loved the big breakfast -- lots of choices, good food. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet, and the motel was convenient, well signposted, and easy to find.
