We picked Finest Resort for our destination wedding, and couldn’t have imagined it any other way!

First and foremost, Paola is absolutely the best!! She is so kind, knowledgeable, and was the most amazing wedding planner I could have ever asked for! She made our wedding an absolute dream come true, and was there for all my questions along the way. We were in Cancun in April for another wedding before ours, at a different resort, and decided to visit Finest. Not only did Paola go over all our wedding plans, give us a tour of the resort, but also put together a tasting menu for us!! We were blown away at the service and food when we visited the resort here, but were absolutely amazed at the service, thoughtfulness, and Paola’s hard work to make our special day perfect! She goes above and beyond, and we can’t thank her enough and all of the Finest staff for the most amazing wedding! All of our family and guests had the most fantastic time, and are still raving about the resort, food and how perfect everything was!

While we were at the resort for our wedding, all the food, service and grounds were impeccable! We would especially like to thank all the staff at our wedding and bonfire - especially our head waiter, Angel.

We also loved relaxing on the beach and the service provided by Francisco, and Daniel who took excellent care of us with drinks and treats! Delicious!

We truly had the best vacation and wedding imaginable, and can’t thank all the staff at Finest enough. We already are booked for our anniversary next year and can’t wait!

This is the sixth time for us to go to the Finest over the last four years and they never fail us. It was great to see Victor upon our arrival. The greeting is very warm. Our room was better than we could have ever imagined and we have stayed in several rooms on the property. The food was wonderful. My favorite is Tintos and Tapas and I always go there first! We also had a wonderful meal at the Brass and our waiter Andres was outstanding. Very professional and helpful. Duke's for dinner was another favorite. Our waiter Baltazar did a fantastic job for us. He met our needs before we even knew what we needed. For breakfast we always enjoy Market Kitchen. We are always taken very good care of by Herman, Freddie, and Jorge. I love walking into the Market Kitchen and being remembered by Margarito. He remembers us every year and goes above and beyond for us. The entertainment is always a lot of fun and Isabel led her team well. Claudia, Luis and Brian did a great job. Make sure and try the Sangia and Paella at the Tropical Bar. The chef, Diego, from Tintos and Tapas made the Paella and it was so good! Jesús provided the sangria and did a great job. It was a fun hour. We also love the bike ride for a little outing and now the bikes are electric! We always stay in the Excellence Club because we love the private beach. Sean and Diego were very attentive as were all the concierge on the beach. The spa has excellent services. We always do the couples massage and Carmen and Roberto were great! Lourdias at the Aqua Bar was wonderful as well as Melissa. Our concierge at the Excellence, Elizabeth and Marco, made our stay absolutely perfect. Can't wait until next year!
