After trawling through many hotel reviews last year we decided this would be our base.
When it finally came round we weren’t disappointed.
Lovely tidy and modern rooms, very comfortable beds.
Plenty of space, good shower and half decent views (we faced the road outside).
Staff were all great, friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately because we were so busy we didn’t really get time to explore the hotel.
Upon arrival your asked to pay a facilities fee, ours totalled $240, when I asked about it they said it would be refunded if we didn’t used the facilities.
We didn’t and it was refunded.
It is in a good location about a 5-10 minute walk to the Rockefeller centre and all the shops.
I would recommend this hotel to people.
Nice to have stayed.

I was travelling to NY on business and needed to book a hotel in a pinch. Despite the pictures online and front entrance, this hotel is in dire need of some updates. The carpeted floors were dingy, the bathroom tub needed to be re-caulked, the paint could use some retouching, there was a gap of space in my door where the carpet ended before the front entrance began - overall, the quality of this hotel was minimally satisfactory.
