Love the Caribbean!!

Fiesta American was a nice resort with wonderful staff, full of smiles and hospitality.

Here are a few staff who went out of their way to promote excellence during our stay. We really enjoyed and appreciated Aaron, our beach-side server who worked tirelessly and efficiently to take care of our every need with a smile. I thought that Catalina was a superb receptionist, always dressing impeccably and seating us at the buffet with professionalism and kindness. And Karen, the breakfast cook, was beyond excellent. She had such a difficult job but did it very efficiently with the biggest smile! I wanted to take her home with us!

The Caribbean Sea by the resort was so beautiful. My husband and I snorkeled there numerous times a day. The water was warm and clear and the fish were plentiful and amazing. We
absolutely loved swimming here! A big "thank you" to the life guards as well. They were extremely diligent in keeping us all safe.

Great stay...again!

Great resort, great service. This is my 3rd time and I love it. I became vegan a year ago and my meals had to be special since I do not eat animal products any longer, chefs were kind enough to do that and acomodate my special needs always with a smile, special thanks to chef Limbert and waiter Miguel at the asian restaurant, they exceeded my expectations, both in knowledge and cooking my out of the menu special meals. Thank you guys, see you next time.
