Mertanadi Art Market, Kuta Beach and Legian Beach are all close to the hotel. This hotel is an excellent choice for families traveling with older children due to the size of the rooms at the hotel. All rooms can accommodate a maximum of two guests, so families will need to reserve neighboring rooms. Amenities offered by the hotel include free Wi-Fi and an outdoor swimming pool. The White Diamond Restaurant is located onsite and is open for lunch and dinner. Guests may pay an additional fee to have access to breakfast every morning.

So many things not ok with this hotel :
TV takes 15 mins to warm up (see pics)
Shower takes 15 mins to warm up but doesn’t have any pressure and dribbles out. Mould in shower as well (couldn’t upload video)
Kettle broken. Wouldn’t replace (see pics) super dangerous!!!!
Fridge didn’t work (apparently warm water is normal)
No hand towels or face washers provided or shampoo or conditioner
Rooftop pool has no shade
Breakfast was woeful
People smoking in hallways and sleeping into our rooms. Non smoking signs would be good on every floor
Staff weren’t helpful after much insisting they gave us our $ back.

I don’t know how a place like this can be rated as such.

Stayed at better for less and got a lot more.

Okay hotel

The hotel is in good area for bar and restaurants, the cleanliness of the room is very bad, the sheets had a blood spot on both bed, bathroom is moldy and everyday I’m staying in that room I’m not happy with the cleanliness of the room, the staffs is friendly and helpful.
