The only positive characteristic of this "hotel" has is the beach... a private and very beautiful beach. This "hotel" rates as one of the worst I have ever stayed and their all-inclusive package was a joke. So let me start, the hotel is old and very poorly kept, there is no WIFI in all the areas... only in the lobby area, the food was beyond terrible to the point I decided it was best to rent a car and tour the island and find new places to drink and eat, the alcoholic beverages were poor at best since the brands they had were 100% completely unknown to anyone on the face of the planet and they only had ONE brand or beer at the bar... I like to treat others with respect and expect the same treatment and this applies to other guests at the hotel, that said other guests were noisy and plain rude. If you go to the pool in the morning all you will find are cigarette buds and empty cans all over the place. I almost forgot the A/C worked whenever it wanted... so imagine that, being in a tropical island with a bipolar A/C unit.

I will never ever recommend this place to anyone and if you are ever invited to this place, please save your breath and find a better hotel. I will for sure return to Roatan, but I will find better options and do my proper research to ensure my family is not bored and disgusted to death.

A nice and calm place to relax in Roatan , because the Hotel is in an island theres no venders bothering and the beach are not crowded, nice food with a good range of variety . The staff are friendly and helpful in case of troubles like i had because of the flights delays and advanced schedules .The Hotel is like a mini zoo were we can find several animals like Peacock , monkeys , giant lizards and typical mammals ... The rooms are a good size and clean , didn't noticed bugs even if we are in the wild . Theres wifi in the lobby and in the bar outside too .
