Overview

Fall River Village has 60 units that are two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos, all with plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, a dining area and TVs in the bedrooms. There is a year-round gated pool, and two outdoor hot tubs. There are also grills and fire pits for use set amongst the property. The hotel is well designed, as any car can pull up to any unit, and it never feels crowded or noisy. There is an outdoor pool in summer. Town access is simple via the Fall River Trail behind the property. Located on the river, and with balconies and patios overlooking the river, it’s a serene escape.

Fall River Village is such an awesome place

My family and I arrived a week ago at Fall River Village in Estes Park Co.from Michigan. We stayed in their 3 bedroom townhouse. It was beautiful place.The view of the mountains were breathtaking. You could tell the time and effort that was put into the decor, right down to every awesome picture on the wall. Plenty of space, a bathroom for each bedroom and one off the kitchen. So cozy and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Loved it!!

Nice stay, bring coffee

The rooms here are nice and quiet, and they have fire pits with adirondack chairs ato hang out and warm up outside. The village is right by the creek and downtown is a short walk away. It's a nice place to stay, but BYO coffee since the closest place to get it in the morning is a bit of a hike away.
