paid parking, thief break and take our camera

Stay from 11/10-11/13, 11/11/19 6 pm car window was break at paid parking($50). Missing around 8k camera. The Fairmont Olympic Seattle offers valet parking and ensure won't be more damage anymore. 11/12 in the morning when we got our car complete searched by thief lost more clothing and damage our car. Hotel want us to talk to Director of room, Til now no one response to us yet.

We got an upgrade to a mini suite

The room was beautiful - I understand that the hotel has been recently renovated and everything was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help our family.
