In addition to the usual standard amenities, all rooms include 46-inch flat-screen TVs, wireless Internet, and plush bathrobes for kids, too. Cribs are available at no charge and cots are provided for $25 per night. All babies and tots receive an Ollie the Otter stuffed animal, no-tears hair wash, cleansing soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, bubble bath, and gentle lotion. Special treatment is given to guests selecting the Fairmont Gold experience on the fourth floor.
The onsite restaurant is definitely a white-linen tablecloth experience, but kids ages 5 and under eat free off the children’s menu and kids ages 6 to 11 eat for half price off the regular menu; room-service is also available. Babysitting can be arranged for $15 per hour through Parents in a Pinch, so mom and dad can enjoy an evening on the town.
