I have stayed at several hotels near JFK. This one probably has the best room, new carpet? They are undergoing a renovation. Also the hotel is backed by a parking lot. I am pretty happy with the room however not so much with the shuttle services they provide. I waited at the Federal circle for 25 mins for the shuttle to arrive. By the way I did call the front desk, and was told it had already been on its way. I meant 25 mins wasn’t terrible, though the temperature was at 30. Now the reason I wasn’t so happy was because 4 shuttles came from holiday inn express during that 25 mins! No wonder last time I didn’t wait at all when I stayed there. The next morning, the ride to the terminals took 25 mins! Not sure how the driver managed the route. He started at T7 and dropped one guy off, then turned back to drop 2 people off at T2, then the rest 7 people at T4. Not so wise! Anyway, I don’t think that I would stay there again if I need the shuttle services.

Stayed here for one night. Convenient hotel since it's very close to airport. The rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, although it was a bit smaller than I like. Breakfast was good, the usual you would expect -- bagels, waffles, cereal, etc. The hotel offers a free shuttle service which runs on the half hour in the morning and on the hour in the afternoon. Pleasant stay overall.
