Marriott quality not up to speed

We mostly stay in Marriotts and have had great results. This Marriott was a major disappointment. Entering the room the floor was clearly not vacuumed. A warm shower was all we could get during the time we stayed. Really needed a hot shower to relax from traveling. It didn't happen. The ceiling was coming down right overhead in the shower from an apparent on the floor above. Gross looking at it. The next morning, we were even more disappointed in the breakfast. Most all the "hot" food was room temperature. The eggs and meat all had to be heated up in a microwave. What has happened Marriott?

Clean facility but a lot of highway noise

Rooms and facility newly remodeled. Totally clean and comfortable. Front desk personnel friendly and efficient.

Spacious rooms and plenty of parking

Many eating places close by

Big drawback is highway noise if that wasn’t a factor then they would rate 4 stars
