Fast and friendly check-in, and decent rooms. Loved the bed/duvet/pillows (before if you don’t like soft, fluffy beds). I did have an incident the first morning, when my door lock batteries died and I could not get back in to my room but the front desk and manager were very helpful and apologetic. The breakfast was mostly a typical continental breakfast but also had fresh cut fruit (pineapple and melon - which were perfectly ripe and delicious and totally made my morning!) and a “mix-in” station with nuts and dried fruit toppings to add to your yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to our business each morning, which was always right on time or early. And check out was fast. Overall a great hotel. The ONLY things I’d complain about is that they do not have a restaurant (and are not in walking distance to a restaurant) and that their wifi has no security. But they do have a stocked fridge/freezer with some meal options for purchase if you get in late and need a bite to eat. I quite enjoyed the Amy’s Organic Indian Curry dish the night we arrived. The lack of security on the wifi meant I could not use the internet with my business computer as it was not secure enough

I would not normally write a bad review, but this hotel just was the worst I’ve ever stayed at.

Our room wasn’t vacuumed since before we got here. Do not supply tissues. Had to get my own. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they did not supply tissues.

Toilet didn’t work well. When I asked why our room wasn’t vacuumed they said it wasn’t on the list. The front desk called us and asked when we checked in, because we were checked out! Go figure. How did we get a key if we weren’t checked in?

Won’t stay here again. Do not recommend it to anyone. In general the hotel is not clean.
