As a frequent traveler, I've set pretty high standards for my vacations — safe to say: this was one of the best stays I've had at a Marriott. The property was very clean, but most importantly, the guest service was amazing. Immediately after making any guest request, it was completed with care. The pool area is super clean and modern. The desk staff offered complimentary cookies and flavored water, which is always a nice touch. This will definitely be where I return next time I go to Panama City Beach.

I don't know if hotel changed management or what has happened. Its not the quality it used to be. Group of men were having a beerfest tailgate party in parking lot, kinda creepy to have to walk past. Lots of noisy guests inside and outside of hotel. Food was blah, oatmeal was watery and no taste. This used to be a very good business hotel for professionals. I saw pink fungus all in bathroom and room smelled stale. Hardly saw any staff but supposedly hotel was booked full.
