For the price of the room, one of the TVs did not work. Issues with drainage and shower overflowing. The staff is unaccomodating. The manager had the expectation we should have gotten out of shower with our bodies covered in soap as the shower plate is full, we are lathered up, to request "a 2 minute repair". He also stated we should have reported it sooner when we showered together right before leaving hotel and the front desk was the first stop. Had a legitimate complaint about shower overflowing and the "acting" manager had zero people skills and could not interact without reading from a script. Then when we could not agree that it was a major issue. He said call and complain to corportate they may help you. Can find a closer hotel with better views for lower cost. Breakfast could have bigger variety.

Nice bed, quality linens. No problems with noise, as other have reported. Enjoyed the free breakfast, oatmeal, sausage and eggs. Waffles too. Unfortunately, didn’t get to use the pool doesn’t open till 11:00 am. I’d come back.
