First the good. Barbara the bartender was fantastic. Done.
Arrived a hour and a half past when you could begin to check in. No rooms ready! We had limited time to get ready head to dinner and a show. So he finally finds a first floor room which we took because we were only staying one night. Is it noisy we asked? No he told us. Lie. Doors slamming all night long. Room is the size of a walk in closet for almost 400 a night. The heat sounded like a jet engine when it turned on with a metallic vibration. Room was dirty. Shower floor was disgusting. Thank goodness it was only one night. Would never come back.

stayed here only one night, prior to a cruise departure...we had connecting rooms which is wonderful for a family...the room was small but very comfortable...nice bedding...but the kicker/best part was the brunch the next morning...the staff was so nice, singing happy birthday, calling my 5 year old granddaughter 'princess', making her feel so special...the food was great, much better than the usual continental breakfast...make your own waffles, 2 rows of hot options, breads and fruits...
