Based on Customer Service During Hurricane Dorian

We did not end up staying here, this review is based on the customer service recieved during potential evacuation for Hurricane Dorian.
Facing a cat 5 storm, like millions of others I was looking for a hotel out of harms way.
I want to sincerely thank the staff of Fairfield Inn for their compassion, friendliness and understanding when I booked a room then added a room, then cancelled one room, cancelled the second room, rebooked a room and finally, cancelled altogether as the storm went in another direction.
At a time when stress and fear were running high, the folks at Fairfield were a welcome calm.
I will get to this hotel eventually - I want to meet the staff! In particular, Jen, JR and Pete. Thanks for your kindness.

Great Hotel!

This is a great hotel in a very quiet, yet accessible location. It was fairly empty when we stayed, so that helped with the noise. The front desk staff was very friendly and offered a few dining choices in the area.
