Stayed one night with my son before an early flight. Broke elevator, weird laid out room and twice I went to the front desk to find a note apologize for no one being there. Not a horrible stay but not up to the Marriott name

Employees were friendly and politely assisted us in getting room on north side of building however the thermostat in our room was set to 66 degrees and would not go lower than 68, with a thyroid issue that made it unable to sleep in the room. There was also no freezer compartment in the refrigerator however we were able to put water bottles in freezer when given to employee at front desk. It was cool in the lobby area and breakfast area was nice, well stocked. Employee politely canceled second night stay reserved with no additional charge, there is normally a 2 day cancellation notice which made changing our travel plans difficult not knowing it was going to be so hot.
