Shortly after checking in, water from the room above crashed the bathroom light fixture to the floor along with all manner of filthy water. No maintenance crew on duty, room unusable and no other rooms left in the hotel. On my own to find another hotel with a vacancy AND they charged me for the stay. Had to call the manager in the morning to request a refund and was asked to send my other hotel receipt to prove I stayed somewhere else. Horrible horrible horrible way to treat a customer. Will never even consider the place again.

Good location right off Rt. 17, the NYS thruway, and 287. Place looks brand new and they serve breakfast with your room stay. Rooms are clean and employees helpful, and computers to print your boarding passes.
