I stayed for 15 days. They gave me a long term rate. They treated me like family. When I did not like the father pillows, Briana hunted down a more suitable pillow. Susan who does an incredible job with the Breakfast drove me to the hospital on the day it snowed. It was an easy 1/3 mile walk to the Medical Center of the Rockies, the back way. I can't say enough good things about the people who run this hotel! Also the hotel is Convenient to restaurants and shopping, Just off I25.

Quick check in. Staff was super nice, no matter who was working they always had time to talk to the guest and make sure they did not need anything. Room was clean. BUT how did they ever think that tiny chair in the room would ever be comfortable. It was so small it looks and feels like it belongs in a child's playroom. Husband generally sits and relaxes on the chair in a hotel room but that did not happen at this location. If you weigh under 100 pounds it might be comfortable. Our airline seats were wider and more comfortable than the chair.

Breakfast was just ok at this Fairfield. We have stayed at other Fairfield Inns and this was not as good. We went out to breakfast the second day instead of eating at the hotel. Only 1 elevator for the hotel, the hotel is small but so is the elevator.
