Located near the Jacksonville Zoo, families will love a stay at this Fairfield Inn & Suites. After a day of visiting the animals at the zoo, families can head back to the hotel and enjoy some quality time at the indoor pool. No matter the weather, the kids can swim and play while the adults lounge and unwind on the surrounding pool deck chairs. The comfortable guestrooms and suites feature a king or two queen beds, a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and flat screen television. Additionally, the spacious suites feature a separate living room area with a sleeper sofa and a second television. Cribs are available upon request. Complimentary Wi-FI access can be found within the guestrooms and throughout the hotel so there is never a concern with the whole family staying connected to work, home and school while visiting Jacksonville. The free, hot breakfast buffet is a nice way for families to start each morning with items like eggs, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, muffins and more. Free onsite parking and coin operated laundry for guest use are also available.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location, just off of I-10 near 285 on the westside of Jacksonville, was very convenient. The bed was super comfortable an the staff at breakfast were very courteous.

Booked 2 rooms for guest speakers for an event. Despite using this hotel several times in past, could not find account. Supposedly under new owners and all previous records were shredded. Who does that? My secretary kept getting sent to corporate and back. It should not take well over an hour to book 2 hotel rooms. Finally thought rooms were booked for guests and paid for by us. Initial charge was on my business card. Both guests were also charged despite their pleas that the rooms were covered. This was a week ago and Brian still has not been able to correct the " mistake." No return call as promised. ( 5 business days and counting) Lots of poor service. Guests have filed complaints with corporate because of how rudely they were treated onsite. Recommend people use one of the other two hotels that are in this same parking lot.
