Afton is a small town and this hotel was at the edge - very quiet with a small stream behind it. The hotel was newer, very comfortable and a friendly staff. The bathroom had 7 grab bars, 2 shower heads and a fold down seat in the shower - though I'm not quite at the age where I need those, it was nice to see they are ready and able to accommodate us Boomers. The breakfast selections were great and they were the only hotel out of 10 on this trip, to have packets of lemon juice for my tea - extra points for that!!

My husband and I were visiting the grand tetons and had trouble finding a place to stay, so we drove a bit further out and found this hotel. Let me just say I have never had such a pleasant experience from the moment we checked in until we left the next morning. We got in a bit late and were pretty tired. The two women behind the counter were so friendly and efficient, even though one was in training. When we got to our room I was so impressed with the layout and how clean everything was. Not a single bit of dirt or dust anywhere. The beds were very comfy, there was no noisy neighbors or outside sounds to bother us, so we were able to fall asleep right away. The breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. I have never seen such a spread at this price range. It was well kept and always full. The shower has a good amount of pressure and was nice and hot. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area, and should I find myself back here, I will make it a point to stay here again.
