Good Service

Front Lobby was clean and up to date but that’s where the up to date ended. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Elevator, hallways and rooms were run down and out dated. The room was clean but the bed has definitely been slept in and kind of sunken in the middle. Breakfast was cereal, doughnuts and fruits.

Nice visit

Was exactly what was expected at a Fairfield Inn. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Had an issue with a stain on the top of the bed cover, called housekeeping, and it was quickly changed (after normal hours). Breakfast was full and adequate, even with large crowd for Balloon Fiesta. Location was great (right off interstate). Would stay there again.
