Very comfortable

It is a pleasant hotel and well priced. It was clean and the food was very good. The staff working in the restaurant are very unfriendly but everyone else especially at reception were very nice. The hotel is in a perfect location and in walking distance to everywhere. We walked to the Kotel and to all the restaurants we wanted to go to.

Wonderful stay in the center of Jerusalem

The Eyal Hotel was a wonderful surprise in the center of Jerusalem, just minutes from the main sights.
We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a superior room despite booking a standard double and this was much appreciated. Our third floor room was spacious, modern and clean, with a fully equipped bathroom. The small balcony was a plus too.
The staff are very nice and attentive and were so kind as to arrange for us a taxi driver to pick us up from the hotel on a very short notice and drive us to Bethlehem, guide as around the city and take us back at the end of the tour.
We’ll definitely be back.
