The housekeeping and maintenance of this hotel is a joke! The comforter on the bed looked disgusting with stains so I put it on the floor immediately. The blanket on the bed had cigarette burn marks on it and holes. The sheets and towels in the room looked mediocrely clean. The tub looked as if it had not been cleaned at all - I even bought my own bleach cleaner from the store just to feel comfortable to shower in it the first night. The bathroom, specifically the tub, needs to be renovated because the tiles have mold in the grout. The kitchen has stovetop burners but no oven. The room does not have kitchen supplies and utensils available so you must ask at the front desk for things. There is a sign in the room stating that kitchen supplies are clean but not sanitized (they barely look clean!). The kitchen sink in my room was clogged and would drip continuously because they installed the faucet incorrectly. When I turned on the water it made a high pitched and terrible noise.
Staff members were amazing and polite!!
