Quiet, clean, and the MOST helpful staff. Easy walking distance to downtown. Will certainly stay again. This was a wonderful time to visit, between Octoberfest and the large crowds during Christmas holidays.

Older hotel but with all the charm still! If being picky this time it was quite a long walk to get everywhere in the hotel as our room was quite far away (with what seemed like very few people checked in at the time, I was surprised to be so far placed) however, that being said, it was also a very quiet location. The Fire each night was wonderful with piano music & hot tea. Extremely friendly front desk, nice that the pool was indoor but water did need more heating, the room was way hotter than the water (Florida muggy). However, it looks beautiful still.
Having stayed here before, breakfast was definitely not up to par this time (very little selection in the middle of the week unless you love omelets each day) but again, you still can't beat the view (having stayed at MANY hotels here, this is by far the BEST "view" of all breakfast areas you will ever find, (breathtaking actually) it is not too be missed. This was a girls get away & with Leavenworth NOT busy (unlike summer) we were able to go & see & do everything we wanted with no fuss or stress. We love that this hotel is in very close walking distance. It is still my number one go to place to stay for the breakfast, pool, friendliness(when sold out), then the Bavarian Inn for close proximity to downtown. Thanks for such kind workers, your cleaning crew is great, always laughing with smiles, fast, friendly.
Great job!
