I traveled with another person to the area on a business visit. There was a little confusion as we went to the "old" Empire Lakeshore Inn. As it is off season, no one was in the office, so we could not get into our room, which was confusing. So we called the listed ph. # for the Inn. We were quickly re-directed to the new Inn by a very friendly and helpful lady. Our room was perfectly clean and neat. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The floors are a little thin, and my fellow traveler, a lighter sleeper than I, was bothered by the noise from guests in room above us, as you could hear every footstep. There are few places to stay in the area, especially in the off season and I am very glad to have discovered this clean comfortable accommodation with such friendly and professional staff. Just know, if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Overall, a great value and I recommend.
